RETURNS POLICY
Our Return Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. The customer is required to cover the shipping costs for returns, unless otherwise specified by a sales representative at Colorado Saddlery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are nonrefundable.
To initiate a return and receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization), please call 303.572.8350 or email sales@coloradosaddlery.com. While an RMA # is not mandatory, we are happy to provide one if needed.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirming the receipt. Subsequently, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

If we receive your order marked 'Return to Sender,' the customer is responsible for purchasing another shipping label. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
